More motivated students at HAN through SDG challenge

(This article still talks about College Coins, since mid-May 2022 we have rebranded College Coins and renamed them BrightBirds)

"Last semester, more than 600 new students at HAN were introduced to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Through a series of challenges the students were tasked with inventing solutions to respond to real-world issues. Via the College Coins app, the students immediately received information about the challenges and all classes were able to work separately. The 'coins' earned provide students with extra motivation to take the challenges seriously. The more they complete the assignments, the more 'coins' they collect. The rankings encourage healthy competition between students. As a Green Office, we have received incredibly good and creative solutions to our SDG issues!

The students become more aware of the most important social themes of this century and help us with good ideas. The strength of the concept lies in the application as a central relay platform for work field issues and in the extra motivation. A very good experience for us. On to more successes!
