A successful and meaningful induction week 100% online? Yes, it is possible!

(This article still refers to College Coins, since mid-May 2022 we have rebranded College Coins and renamed it BrightBirds)

"Due to the international student population, the introduction week for the new freshmen of Avans School of International Studies (ASIS) in 2020 had to take place entirely online.

A big challenge, because how do you create social and academic bonding from behind a laptop screen for almost 250 students all over the world? Well, we succeeded by working together with Edumundo to offer a varied program in which students participated in various challenges to win college coins and competed in 72 teams in a business game. And all this under the enthusiastic and very pleasant guidance of the one and only gamemaster Claudio!

The dynamics that developed during the week exceeded our expectations! Students were very involved and fanatically participated in all assignments, individually or in groups. There was also room to add spontaneously thought-up extra challenges here and there, which made for even more interaction and fun.

So yes, a good introductory week 100% online is possible with Edumundo!"
