All teams were engaged throughout the games duration. While some teams seemed to have performed a bit better, it's important to note that high performing teams were really competitive, with many teams playing the long-game and investing heavily in R&D as well as marketing. Needless to say that aligning short term goals with a long term aim is a key to executing any strategy to yield the best results.
Winning Team Name: HALKK
Kwame Boadu Kissi
Hassan Hamza
Levin Kamau
Ali Yatani
Keanu Zagloul
This team has won with a “more for less” strategy. Where the team sold their products for the same if not higher prices than the competition in the Quality segment. And supported their business plan with a 6 star quality product and an intense marketing campaign.
They correctly focused their marketing on high-end, exclusive distribution that was not interested in low priced sneakers. This team of course benefitted from the low competition. Besides setting daring targets and creating a well-liked product, this team also managed their inventories well, which meant they were able to keep up with the high demand instead of giving away these customers to competitors.
